What to Expect

What are your services like?

Our worship style can range from the rich, historical liturgies of our church to a more relaxed flow of worship that incorporates modern music while retaining the elements of worship that impart God’s grace through confession and forgiveness and an expression of God’s majestic presence with us as we gather in worship.

We celebrate the Lord’s Supper each Sunday with the belief that this sacred meal is a gift of Christ to his church. If you have questions about the Lord’s Supper, please speak with an usher.

We invite you to join us after the service for a cup of good “Lutheran” coffee, treats, fellowship. You are invited to join us at 10:30am for Bible Study / Sunday School. There is something for all ages.

Will I have to say anything, sign anything, or be singled out?

Rest assured that you won't be put on the spot, singled-out, or embarrassed. Though we do receive an offering, we don't want anyone to feel obligated to give. Your presence is quite enough of a gift for us. We do like to collect some basic information from people in our guest registry, but if you'd prefer not to, that's all right with us.

What will my kids do?

Children are welcome to stay with you throughout the worship service, but we know that the little ones need a break now and then. You are welcome to accompany your child to our lounge or fellowship area as needed. If you do so, we ask that you stay with your child to supervise them.

What should I wear?

The church office has compiled a catalog of acceptable worship clothing. Just kidding! Feel free to wear whatever clothes make you feel most comfortable. We care more that you’re here, than what you wear.
